Your data is not transferred to other companies not directly related to the execution of orders and the delivery of e-mails.

We process all data only to the extent necessary to complete the order.

  • payment platforms (The entity providing online payment services is Przelewy24)

  • state administration bodies, in connection with legal obligations,

Your data is processed until the purpose for which it was collected is achieved.

Your data may be processed longer than it would result from the above principles, if the legal obligation, e.g. tax law, requires the storage of this data for a period specified in the regulations or when it is necessary for the Administrator or third parties to pursue claims, or the data constitute evidence in court proceedings or a state administration body

  • the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if the data subject considers that the processing of data by the Administrator violates the provisions of the GDPR.

 

9. Do we require providing personal data?

Providing personal data during the ordering process is voluntary, however, failure to do so will result in the inability to provide the service or sell the product.
